Outstanding track in Riverside, despite the $95 greens fee on the weekend. Beautiful layout with some stunning visuals for this part of SoCal. Only negative today was winds gusting from 25-40 mph. Excellent pace of play despite that - 4 hours, 15 mins. Very challenging course - perfect greens with lots of undulation, great fairways with lots of elevation changes, bunkers were a bit average considering the rest of the course conditions. I'd play here again in a minute vs. some other SoCal tracks that charge more, have slower play, etc. Definitely try it out!

Still one of my favorite course's anywhere! From the championship tees this little course has it all, risk, reward pushing perfect. You think you can keep it going try this course real soon and hope the wind stays calm or you can add 2 strokes per every 10mph of wind! Trust me you make par on the par 5 16th into a 25mph headwind your playing some golf! See you at the Rock"

Was on vacation and played this course Wednesday 1/25. Played in the morning with no wind which was nice. Course is in very good condition. Greens very fast and minimal ball marks. Played last year and greens were slow and pot marked. Only real complaint I would have is that there is not much sand in the bunkers. Also last 3 holes have mud hens (a type of bird) doing damage to greens and fairways. The course needs to take measures to get rid of these birds. Overall Oak Quarry is one of the best courses I play in Southern Cal.

Played tournament at saturday 1/14/06. As always great course & conditions.Greens rolls slower than looks like.Leaving from L.A. worried about rain but we luckily finished rounds.

Nice track. Many fairways were a bit tight with all of the ESAs and the course was well bunkered. $95 for this area seemed a bit high. The barnyard aromas from neighboring properties were distinct on a couple of holes. Well maintained course. The views from some of the holes were striking. The 14th Spinel - the signature hole - was impressive and challenging. Great customer service. A must play course.

You have to experience it. It is truly one of a kind. Carved out a challenging course and preserved the natural surroundings. Beautiful.

Played last week, first time. Good news is this design is fantastic, truly interesting with enough tee boxes for everyone. Don't play it from the wrong tees! Bad news is course condition is not what I'd expected from the ratings here. Greens were smooth, except for the hundreds of ball marks, more than I've ever seen. Fixed 2-3/hole, but like bailing the ocean with a teaspoon. Fairways were often thin/bare, but still soft. Not the "carpet" style I like. Holiday rates of $95 make me expect better. Pace of play was good, 4.5 hr.
