Had the opportunity to play here through a friend of a friend who is a member. Place is spectacular, clubhouse is very impressive and the grounds were fantastic. One of those places where you almost feel like you're out of place it's so nice. The range is all grass with premium range balls (I forget but I think they were ProV1s). The grass was pretty good, slightly patchy but it was the afternoon so it already had a decent amount of use. Better than anything I've found public so still A+ regardless. A couple putting greens to roll a few which were nice and in good shape. I didn't make it to the short range/chipping area but those looked nice too. Tee boxes were all level and lush, no obvious bare spots. Plenty of different tees too to vary the difficulty. Fairways were in great shape, very green with minimal bare spots. Rough was also fairly lush but not too penal. Bunkers were a tiny bit thin for me (maybe it was the type of sand) but good coverage in the ones I was in. Greens were in great shape, some old ball marks here and there but otherwise they rolled really well and were FIRM - took some time adjusting to their firmness on approach shots and even chips. Overall great course, lots of interesting holes and decisions to be made off the tee. Can be as challenging as you want it to be with the different tees and some awesome views on the back 9 as you climb up. The back 9 has much more elevation than the front and plays very differently. Highly recommend if you ever get the chance!
