The greens were rolling quite nice, good speed. Fairways were spotty. Hard to tell where the fairway ends & the rough begins.
Bunkers: unraked & footprints. Lots of water logged areas.

I played 12/12 and found the greens in excellent shape and fast. The fairways are good but have some bare spots. Heavy watering around the holes makes running shots up very hard.
