Played here this morning, teeing off a little before 7:00. Pretty empty out there with just a couple other twosomes on the course I played through. Quick and easy early 9-hole round for $24 with cart ($17 walking price).

Pretty basic course. Very flat and greens don't feature much undulation. Tree-lined fairways, but still quite forgiving from tee to green on most holes. Overall, decent shape. As good as I would hope for at a course like this. Tee boxes serviceable. Fairways mostly lush and good enough. Not a whole lot of distinction between fairways and rough. Edges just kind of fizzle out and go from patchy rough to bare sand. I was in a couple bunkers and they were pretty decent. Greens soft and rolling pretty well. A little beat up in places, but not bad at all. The only real issue here this early in the morning in the fall is the amount of dead leaves on the course. There was a dude with a blower clearing off the greens, but he'd only finished a handful of them by the time I came through.

Better conditions than expected. Layout exactly what I expected, but an OK regulation-length 9-holer in an area where options are limited.
