Played El Dorado today. Crowed as usual, but pace wasn't bad. Greens are in great shape. Firm and fast. Fairways were patchy in some spots, but not bad. Overall, a good day at El Dorado.

I played ElDo on Tuesday Jan 9 on one of our beautiful summer-like days in the winter. The course is in great shape. It was lightly traveled and we had to only wait for 1 fivesome group at holes 9 and 12. The greens started fast (we teed off at 12:30) and slowed down later in the day. Trees are always an issue for errant shots (you get lots of punch out practice!). The rough was recently cut which made it easy to get my first sub-100 round in the 18 months I've been playing. Overall a great day at ElDo.

Had a 8:04 tee time yesterday. Never seen it that crowded. We didn't tee off till almost 9:00. The pace was actually pretty good considering. We finished before 2:00. The clubhouse has good sandw... Continue »

Had a 8:04 tee time yesterday. Never seen it that crowded. We didn't tee off till almost 9:00. The pace was actually pretty good considering. We finished before 2:00. The clubhouse has good sandwiches and the bartender is funny guy. It's a nice atmosphere, worth hanging around for a few cold ones. The greens and fairways were in good condition. Just a few bare spots in the rough. The fairways are wide enough to pull out your driver at every par 4 and 5, but the large trees will make you pay if you spray it. Overall well worth the wait.

Played on Friday, November 10 and the golf course was in terrible shape...supposed to be the silver rated course in LB...fairways wet and overseeded...greens thin and bumpy...tee time 30 minutes late...Rec Park and Lakewood much better golf courses and alot cheaper...wont be back...not worth the money, not even close...

good greens but fairways were vertacut and mowed. looks like the are getting ready to overseed fairways. might be a few weeks before it recovered.
