Played Friday for $12 so hard to complain about anything. Course actually is pretty good shape. Not a a lot of rough or trees so you can hit a bad tee shot and not really be penalized. Course wet in a few spots because drainage not real good on this course. Worth playing especially if you have some kind of deal because it is a nice layout with most of the holes having a different look and feel.

wow so i have to say to all the people who rate this course.....you guys are unbelievable the course is looking great it doesn't deserve a 4.70 rating at all... i played 4/13/07 got there about 6:30 and not many people there so i decided to hit a bucket before i played and went to the starter and got out fairly quick....the marshall greeted us at the first tee very nice guy.....the course in general...tee boxes-mabye 4 of them were severe divot damage, the rest were PERFECT...Fairways-barely any bad lies i had perfect lies ALL day...Rough-rough is a lil short i think they need to grow it out to make the course a lil harder other than that not bad....Sand Traps-didn't go in them but looked good from my partners....Greens-i think the greens used to be so bad back in the summer when i last played but WOW greens are AMAZING fast and smooth practically like Agusta....overall perfect conditions perfect day of golf.......dont be sooo harsh on this course very enjoyable....if you can get there in the morning when barely any people play and play in like 4 hours great time today!!!

Fairways were off limits on most front nine holes as grass is dormant. This led to some long tee shots. Greens have a quilted look to them so putts are guesswork. Sand in traps was fair. Tee boxes... Continue »

Fairways were off limits on most front nine holes as grass is dormant. This led to some long tee shots. Greens have a quilted look to them so putts are guesswork. Sand in traps was fair. Tee boxes were level but torn up in spots. The maintenance crew could use some pointers from San Juan and then the course would be rated higher due to the level changes.

I actually prefer hitting from the rough here as the fairway is like rock. Taking a divot is nearly impossible. The sand traps can be very nice or terrible. The greens are bumpy and never seem to recover from aeration. Would not recommend playing here unless you can get the $37 discount time.

I played there on 10/20 and as T25452 said, most all greens were still in the healing process after getting punched. I like the course with the elevation changes, most noticeable on the par 3's. Holes are straight-forward. The par 5 fifth hole is the best hole with water entering your layup shot. I will play here again and do a better job on the par 5's which ate my lunch for some reason.

Very rough around the edges. usually the greens are the one good thing about the course, but I will respectfully disagree with previous posts...THE GREENS HAVE NOT HEALED FROM AERATION. The first five greens still had huge pock marks on them from the holes. Rest were ridiculously bumpy. Like driving on the Baghdad highway! I'm gonna stay away until after thanksgiving. Isn't worth even the $27 right now.

First time reviewer and player. As many have said before not worth the rack rate. Played for #37$ w cart on savesomegreen.com. For that price mid week its worth the fee. Greens were recovered from puching very well except for 2 that are still sanded. Greens held approach shots and rolled a little slow but true. There are some intersting holes like #5 which is a 5 par w water on both sides of the fairway challenging your layup shot. The fairway is pretty beat up and think in some areas. The rough has various grasses involved. For the money I paid I would play again but not for the full price. Still a fun day overall

Course has improved since I last played. Tees and greens in good condition but the fairways are cut too short. Lots of bald spots.
We had the misfortune to play when a private competition was in progress. Could not get a "dog" or a "burger" at the turn due to the number of private players getting their dogs!
I thought that priority was given to the players coming off the 9th but no way. When we went to the "priority" window we were told get in line. With 15 in line we had to do without.
This is no way to treat regular players. So beware, if there is a private group playing you will not get any priority.
Apart from the hunger, we enjoyed our round.
