Played on the GK event at Desert Willow. Course was in great shape. Layout of the course is great with many tees to challenge every type of golfer and amazing Mountain views frame most holes.

Desert Willow Golf Resort is a 36 hole facility owned by the City of Palm Desert. Desert Willow features 2 championship layouts, Mountain View and Firecliff, both of which utilize the same clubhouse and facilities, and both of which present a stern challenge to the golfers lucky enough to treat them...

An outstanding finishing hole; place your tee shot left of center as the fairway before the stream rolls left to right. Although reachable in two, the approach to the green narrows dramatically and a wayward shot right can find the water. Refer to the pin placement on the GPS prior to the second shot. The green is very large and can be two clubs different front to back.

Try to leave your tee shot below the hole. Pin high putts and chips from the fringe break a lot.
