Course is in great shape. Played as a threesome in under four hours. Only negative was the rough it is dead grass or hard pan. Carts need to be upgraded but get you around the course. No cart girl today but at least is was thirty degrees cooler than the San Fernando valley

Played here the last three days course was in much better condition when I played in January although still very playable and worth the green fee - check for specials. Greens were very bumpy and grainy. Some holes did not have the pin placement changed during the three days. Fairways very good condition and fairly wide open. Bunkers were hit and miss from good condition to rocky. Cart girl came by 3 to 4 and customer service was very good.

For a course that charges premium prices it sure does not deliver. Nice layout with multi tier and undulating greens, but that where it ends. Greens look like a war zone as no one fixes ball marks. Asst pro told me the men's club is made up of older gentleman that can't or won't bend over to repair or fix divots on the greens or fill in divots in the fairways. Sand traps are filled with rocks as they told me they can not keep sand in them due to winds in the area. Tee boxes were mostly torn up and not level. If you plan to golf in Vegas save your money for another course or the tables. Practice area was probably the best thing going at this course. Nice pro shop and staff.

Played in the Simi men's club tournament. Course is in good shape, but wet due to rain the last few days. Aeration has nearly healed, give it a week or two. Course provides a good challenge (played blues) greens a little bumpy but putted true - need to keep ball below the hole. POP was under 5 hours and cart person came by twice per side

Played masters - us open courses. Course in excellent shape. Greens punched two weeks ago not fully recovered, but give it a week or two. Still ran fairly true. Fairways were great no bad lies. Sand was wet and heavy but very playable. POP was about 4 hours. Great customer service and cart girl rotated through twice per nine. Looking forward to playing again next month

Course is visually appealing, but the maintenance staff need to be retrained and/or get new equipment. Fairways were poorly cut as you could feel as if you where in the rough. Greens were slow and bumpy with the majority of holes crowned and cup were badly installed causing the ball to bounce out on three occasions. Sand traps varied from good to hard pan with many rocks. POP was just over 4 hours, no cart person good customer service at check in but when I commented about conditions the afternoon person could care less saying that's not his job.

I was surprised by the condition of the course especially the greens as they aerated two weeks ago. Green have filled in nicely although they're slow and bumpy - give them another week and they should be very good. Overall course condition was much much better than I've seen in the past. Looks like they're putting a lot of effort in bringing the course back to playable condition. All lakes were full of water which forces you to play around or over the water. Nice practice area, but pro shop is very sparse. No cart person POP was under 5 hours. Look forward to playing again

One of my favorite country clubs to play. Great weather, views and the challenge of the course. Course is in very good condition and provides a good challenge to all skill levels. If you get the chance to play this course definitely take advantage of the opportunity.

Played 1-30-16 POP was just over 4 hours. Course looks old and weathered. Fairways hard so you will get lots of roll. Greens were firm and very bumpy, speed was inconsistent. Traps had good sand as I was in many on the back nine. Fun course but needs some TLC

Played 1-23 & 24 no drought here fairways and rough were lush and green. Greens were very grainy and varied in speed but rolled true. Good challenge with multiple tee boxes POP was four hours or less. Look for tee time deals

Avoid this course there has been no maintenance to the course. Grass growing in all bunkers many bare or muddy areas in fairways. Many tees have been moved up to the front tees due to severe damage. Seems like the management has given up on the course.

I'm aware this is a course for new golfers, seniors and less skilled players but all players should understand and know golf etiquette. I saw 5somes not allowing 2some to play through groups driving their cart on (yes) on the green and the 3some in front playing a form of golf I have never seen. This course needs marshals and to remind players to fix divots, rake traps and allow faster groups to play through. Course was in fair shape, but what I found interesting is the different green fees charged based on booking site or course special. Check golfzing or ask the course if specials/discounts are available.
