First time playing this course, played from the 3rd set of tees. Most par 4's are 390-420 yards (Land must have been cheap with it being next to an airport and train tracks). Course is very flat (like Chuck Corica in Alameda) and straight, get a bit boring after a couple of holes. Greens are consistently good throughout the course. Good value, but again, not a very interesting course. If I play again, I'll walk it instead of ride.

Crack of dawn tee time which meant the front 9 was still wet from the night watering. Greens were slow (due to the wetness) and bumpy. First couple of fairways were littered with several range balls. Back 9 was in much better shape. Wide fairways, 5 par 3s, 5 par 5s.

Played early morning on 8/1/09 in under 4.5hrs. Fairways were amazing. Greens had many ball marks. Entire course doesn't favor left handed players with a fade as there is no bail out areas on the left side of the fairways. GPS in the carts work great. Holes 14 and 15 border a pond of waste, so be sure not to breath.

Played the east course in the early morning (7am). Descent course. Lots of elevation changes and doglegs which added to the fun and challenge. Some of the fairways were wet, don't believed it rained or anything, just bad drainage. The sand traps were 100% wet as if someone hosed them down the night before. Also, some of them had rocks (yes, rocks) scatterred throughout the bunker. Greens rolled true and were the best part of the course. Only yardage markers were 200, 150 and 100 (and that wasn't even on all the holes), so bring gps as no yardage books are offerred. Would play again despite the conditions once I get gps.
