Course was in great condition; greens were soft and true, rolling fairly decent for hot part of summer. Played in 4.5 hours on a Friday morning with early start time. Loved the layout, good track.

Played last week in the searing heat. Customer service was superb, as well as the golf course. The turf was fine, bunkers were better than average, but not fantastic. Overall, for the heat, the tees, fairways, rough and greens were in fantastic shape. I really love playing here, great test of golf. One of my fav's in the desert.

Played 7/24 at 10 am. Great course! One of the best conditioned courses I've ever seen in the desert in the middle of July. Very impressed overall with the greens mostly. They were some type of thick bladed grass that thrives in the heat and man were they good. The grain affected putts more but hey thats the nature of the game. The tee shots were generally pretty forgiving with some of the fairways being very wide (80-100 yards). There is very heavy bunkering on the course but nothing a little thinking can't avoid (I never was in one). Par 3's aren't too tough and the 5's are easy enough to score on. Overall fun and affordable course ($40 on golfnow).

We had a great time. You must get it close on approach shots. Greens have many sloping edges that will effect your score. Play was slow and no marshall came around to pick up the pace. In timeshare resort so fairways are forgiving but you better be able to read greens. There were a few burnt grass spots on the fairway but does not effect play. We played in 106 degree heat ans the slow pace was not helpful. Free rangeballs.

First time playing on 6/25. Had fun, but was slow (5+ hrs for an 8:30 am tee time). Only saw the beverage cart once (at the turn), but plenty of water dispensers on the course. Most holes had wide fairways, forgiving any errant tee shots. Greens had been aerated a week or two prior, and to no surprise, were difficult to putt on. Lots of burned grass in every fairway, but it didn't affect play. If you can stay out of the mountainous bunkers, you can do well here. Certainly not the most aesthetic course you'll play here, but sometimes that's an acceptable tradeoff for a good golf score.

Not a poor hole on this course. Excellent practice fac, solid customer service throughout, and good test of any golfer. Tee time 0820, finished 1245, 4 ball.

Only one comment about the length of grass on the tee boxes; too long. A long tee only displays about 1/2 inch above the grass.
No faults found at all. Worth a look if you can get a deal.

Played here on Sunday 1-11, Place is a beautiful resort course with a great practice facility and clubhouse. The golf course was in super condition and it was an 80* January day in Palm Desert. What more could you ask for. Greens were true and fast, fairways lush, the ones I hit anyway. The golf during the high season is just expensive $110 I played here in August for 22 bucks on golfnow. For $90 I can deal with a little heat. It's a dry heat right. Fun layout, pretty standard desert course.

Played Friday 9-26 late afternoon. Played the front as a 2some in an hour. Caught up to folks on the back and it slowed down a bit but that was expected. Greens were undulating and had false fonts on them. Ball rolled to the collection area and had a tight lie to get it back up to the green. Not a bad thing just need to hit the green. Course was in good shape but they will be closing this week for overseeding.
