Out at 11:30 on Sat using the gold player's card got us the $140 rate compared to the rack of $210. They are pricing the normal people out but they still sell out every weekend time. I guess I would rather pay $140 than lose it in the casino. Staff from bag drop, check-in, and Starter were very friendly as always. We had a really good breakfast at Journeys End restaurant. The practice area was on grass today which is the first time in a long time that has happened.

I teed off right on time, but the overall pace was slow at 5 hours. Although I didn't like the pace, it's almost normal for any golf course on a weekend. Course conditions were fantastic like every other time. The fairways are almost fully out of dormancy and played with a nice cushion. Rough was thick and very penal overall, especially around the greens. The greens were micro-punched a few weeks back and were rolling very well. I would say one more week until they are in perfect shape. The sand was nice and soft and no issues.

This is a fun layout and I highly suggest playing here if you get a tee time. Also, note they have now switched to 30-day tee times so you don't need to be online at midnight 7 days in advance anymore.
