Played yesterday, Sunday, 7am time. Walked the white tees, $50 civilian walk rate. Decent value for weekend golf. POP 4.5hrs, waited a little bit on most all shots. Busy course.

Conditions were just average overall. Many bare spots in the fairways but most proper landing areas are in fairly good condition. Played those bare areas as GUR for the most part, especially on number 9, fairway is really poor, but they're working on it.

Greens are still showing some signs of aeration. They did hold well struck shots very well, but were fairly bumpy. Medium to fast speed. No huge complaints, just not quite as nice as they should be.

Teeboxes were mostly level with adequate coverage. They're not perfect, but no huge complaints.

Bunkers were nice, decent fluffy heavy sand. I found two greenside bunkers and didn't have any issues.

There's really not much rough here off the fairways. Around the greens it's a little more prevalent and juicy, but not much of an issue finding your ball and hitting a nice chip shot.

Customer service is adequate, no frills. No beverage cart but not a big deal I bring my own large sippy cup with a beverage. Snack bar at the turn but I didn't use it.

We wanted to have lunch afterwards in their awesome restaurant bar area, but they are having such a bad sewage/plumbing problem, the entire clubhouse stinks sooooo bad. I completely lost my appetite the second I stepped into the clubhouse. The proshop stinks even worse!!!! I don't know how those guys in the proshop can put up with it. It's been like that for over a month, hope they get it fixed.

Easy recommend. I enjoy the South course here. It's a very easy walkable course, price is acceptable and I really like the layout. Some beautiful holes on the South, for sure.
