Played on Sat. and the course was pretty packed, we ended up going off the back 9 first. This is my first time here and I got to say there was really nothing outstanding about this course that would make me go back up there. I think there are better values in the area. The round took about 4 3/4 hours and they seemed to be letting the greens grow but there wasn't any real damage to them (although they were a bit bumpy).

Played Sunday, 9/10, at 11:00 for $37. Hard to complain at that price, but there was no beverage cart; no marshals to enforce pace of play; greens were in decent shape but amazingly slow. Not a bad ... Continue »

Played Sunday, 9/10, at 11:00 for $37. Hard to complain at that price, but there was no beverage cart; no marshals to enforce pace of play; greens were in decent shape but amazingly slow. Not a bad course given the drive and the cost, but there are much better greens to be had much closer to SD.

Came out @ 6:30am, took 3 hours and 20 minutes. Very good course and wide open.

it had been a while since I'd played here because of the poor conditions. I'm pleased to say it's in good shape now. Walked with a 2for 1 coupon from the specials section, $18.00 great deal Tight course that requires smart shot selection. Friendly staff and a good restraunt if you want a good meal before or after your round. One quick note they aerated the last four holes on each nine today, very small holes, lightly sanded should be okay in a few days. Kudos to the maintinence staff for bringing this course back.

This is a beautiful golf course in great condition. I'll be back! The staff is friendly and courteous, it was 100 out that day and they had ice water ready for us at the turn. This is a challenging course in great shape and I'll play this course again and again. The only negative was the slow pace of play, we waited 15 min on every tee for our turn.
