You want your drive to land on the right side of the fairway so your second shot can be on a level surface. It your tee shot lands on the left side of the fairway, you might have an uphill lie, which makes it difficult to have a straight shot to the green.

Straight par 5 that is a bit hilly, leaving your second shot out of sight of the pin. Aim for the tall tree in the middle of the tree line behind the green and you can reach the green in two. Just watch out for people on the green. The safe bet is to lay up your second shot to enable a quality approach into a green guarded heavily by bunkers in front and to the left.
