Maybe the best condition I have seen these 2 courses. Played by myself mid day. 87 degrees, little wind and the only reason it took 3.5 hours was because I was behind 4somes. Lush and in excellent prime season condition. Tees and fairways lush and well maintained. Near immaculate. Sand well maintained. Rough not overseeded and is mostly dormant, clumpy Bermuda mowed low. But can still be penal with lies varying tremendously within a small area. Large Bermuda greens firm and medium quick. Smooth with few ball marks. Restaurant good for a golf course. Customer service excellent both inside/outside the club. Practice facilities and the GPS on the carts are both excellent. Highly recommended.

Course in very nice post over seeding condition. Will be better in a few weeks when the over seed is more mature. Fairways and Tees lush and well maintained. Cut high, which makes for a long course with little roll out. Rough has some bare areas and is generally not overly penal. Mixture of Bermuda, weeds and over seeded grasses. Bermuda greens rolled nice @ medium fast speeds. Always firm here, few ball marks. Traps always good to excellent here. Well maintained and rarely will you find inadequate amounts of sand underneath your ball in greenside bunkers. Customer Service VG from the pro shop to the cart guys to the men's lounge. Good GPS on plush, new carts. Driving range and practice areas are very good. Highly recommemded, good shoulder season prices. Still may be CPO early morning or if it rained the night before.

Snowbirds are coming in, so the course is more crowded and POP slowing down. Today was my first round as a 4some in probably 5-6 months here. 4.5H POP not bad with CPO, but seems awfully long after being used to sub 3H rounds. Course lush after just reopening from fall overseeding. Everything cut high and makes the course play long. 4-6 irons were my friends today on approach shots I could normally expect to use 7-9 irons on. Tees very well maintained. Fairways cut high and provided little roll. Rough thicker than usual and also higher. Sand is excellently maintained. Greens firm and putt medium speed with few ball marks. Carts have nice GPS. Excellent range with multiple putting/chipping greens. Good restaurant on site. Customer service always a ++. Highly recommended.

Fairways and Tees both cut higher than normal, very lush and well maintained. Rough has some bare areas and is generally not overly penal. Mixture of Bermuda, weeds and over seeded grasses. Bermuda greens top dressed this week. Still rolled well considering at medium fast speeds. Greens always firm here, few ball marks. Traps always very good here. Well maintained and rarely will you find inadequate amounts of sand underneath your ball in greenside bunkers. Customer Service very good from the pro shop to the cart guys to the men's lounge. Good GPS on plush, new carts. Driving range and practice areas are very good. Highly recommemded, good shoulder season prices that are about 1/6 prime season rates currently. Course(s) will be back in 9+/10 playing condition range when it reopens after fall over seeding. And they will then charge $150 more per round.

Course continues to be in decent condition even with most days over 100 recently. Set your own pace most times when I play. Tees and fairways well maintained but not nearly as lush as high season. Sand near immaculate. Bermuda rough mowed low with some hardpan spots. Bermuda greens slower than usual. Firm and medium speed. They roll smooth again after May maintenance. Almost no ball marks. Men's lounge nice place to have a meal or get a drink with numerous big screen TV's in a friendly atmosphere. Restaurant good for a golf course. Customer service excellent both inside/outside the club. Practice facilities and the GPS on the carts both excellent. Highly recommended.

Course in nice condition considering it has been over 100 every day recently. Want to think you are young again? Play when it's 112 with a 1-2 club tail wind and watch the ball travel ridiculous distances! Tees lush and very well maintained. Fairways now firm and play fast with a few brown patches here and there. Rough hit and miss, could be thick or thin. You actually want it to be thick to stop balls that otherwise will end up in the cactus w/o it. Sand is excellently maintained. Greens smooth, firm and putt medium speed with few ball marks. Probably only 75-80% of the speed they are in high season. Carts have nice GPS. Customer service excellent from almost everyone on the staff. Excellent range and good restaurant on site. Highly recommended.

Course continues to be in nice condition even with most days well into the 90's. Played a couple times this week in fairly calm, uncrowded conditions. Tees and fairways lush and well maintained. Sand near immaculate. Rough mostly clumpy Bermuda mowed low. Lies can vary from looking like it was teed up to sitting down so much advancing it with a longer club is unlikely within a small area. Bermuda greens slower than usual. Firm and medium speed, not as smooth as in high season. Almost no ball marks, putts still roll relatively well. Much easier when the ball when they are slower, especially on down hill putts. Restaurant good for a golf course. Customer service excellent both inside/outside the club. Practice facilities and the GPS on the carts both excellent. Men's lounge nice place to have a meal or get a drink with numerous big screen TV's in a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The course is still in nice shape for shoulder season. Greens smooth, firm and medium fast. Tees lush and well maintained. Fairways mostly lush with the Bermuda taking over from the winter rye. With many playing downhill, LONG drives are the norm this time of year. Rough mostly clumpy Bermuda which usually produces iffy lies. Sand traps immaculate. Customer service always a ++. Nice restaurant on site. Practice facilities very good. Good GPS on carts on a very spread out, almost unwalkable layout. Highly recommended.
