Crosscreek GC was challanging test of golf and the experience was enjoyable for many reasons, but I do have one recommendation.

One aspect that I enjoyed about Crosscreek was the course was not surrounded by houses and over developed like so many courses in today's day and age tend to be. I also enjoyed the challanging topograpghy and layout of Crosscreek. Finally, the course was not crammed into a small area so each hole had space and privacy, we often felt like the only group on the course.

However, the course was poorly marked in the fairway. Even though the carts were outfitted with a fancy GPS monitors, 'd rather pacing distance off from a sprinler head and make my club selection instead of a computer telling me how far I am. It is especially frustrating when when most of the holes required you to keep the carts on the path .

All in all I really like Crosscreek from the range balls provided in the practice area to the design of the course and use of space. I often felt I was playing a private club. Crosscreek was worth the drive.

I played Cross Creek today and it was as fabulous as always. The greens are amazing, however I wish they held a little better. They are very firm and most are either raised greens or greens with false fronts making it very difficult to run balls on them from off the green and as firm as they are you better have a deft touch from around the greens to save par or its a long day. Great course that is always worth the greens fees. Good-looking cart girls too......

This course is the best I have played in southern california, hands down.

O'Boy,, the greens are perfect, fast, tough to read, a little hard but they will hold a good shot. forgot how tough this place was ,,once ya learn where NOT to hit it it becomes a fun experience, we are going back next week. Played Cross Creek Golf Club over the weekend. Golf course was in outstanding shape. Greens are wicked out there. Fast and very tough to putt. There is a little bit of target golf out there on the front nine and I found myself steering my drives. But again your score will depend more on how you cope with the greens then finding the fairway. Great course and great service. I will be back.
