Played Oak Quarry on 2/22. I lucked out, it did not rain the whole time I was there. The course is excellent condition right now from tee to green everything was great. Cart girl came by at least 4 times that I could remember. Course is very interesting and would like to play it again in the near future. Overall, had a great time and would definitely will return.

Played Sunday 2/18. Very pleasant staff. Great layout. Challenging with out being unfair or too tight. Make you think about your shot locations. If you miss the green slightly on your approaches you will be punished by undulations, deep faced bunkers and well place mounds around the green. Great fun and amazing scenery. Tee boxes, fairways and greens very good. Only negative is that for a course with this level of green fee - $95 - I would expect a better pace 4-4.5h - it was overcrowed/slow. Waited on everyhole - group ahead of us was fine/fast - just too many people booked - took over 5h to play. Overall great couse - would make the 2h roundtrip to play again - hopefully without the waiting.

Played 1/20/07 sat.as a member of tournament.I noticed worse or less conditions than 3 weeks ago I think due to frozen weather we past last week. Greens are harder bouncing the ball & speed was slower.Especially #16th green converted to duck's nest with bare spots and covered with excrements .You got to putt to skip between poopoo not to the hole,funny huh!
Blue tees most shortened than usual .
Here the cart girl is so diligent we saw her about 5 times.
I wonder what will happen if play all back tees(black) 7000yards with this kind of layout. Someday I'll try !!!!!!!

Cold! Winds of 30mph! Rock hard greens! Yet despite these impossible scoring conditions, this course is so much fun to play, it was almost tolerable. The course was not in the greatest condition due to all the recent cold/frost, but you could see that come spring, everything will be back to normal.

Played 1.17.07, was paired up with GK member, DRLINT. Course is in good shape from tee to greens, my game was off today, but the good company made up for it.

Played 1/3/07 at the morning as 2 some joined with other 2 some.Parking pick up driver guy said we are lucky with weather cause past 2 days they had pretty heavy winds. Of course this course's major attraction is surrouding ambient & views.The other 2 guys played with us said first time to play here and did not stop to saying nice ,good,beatiful but each time we reached greens we all horrified & prepared to do 3-4 putts.Severe slope & big tiers you rarely can stop the ball.If you have uphill lie to putt ,if you did not past the top high of tier the ball rolling back down leaving more distance than you originally putted.As you seen on TV about pga tour or golfchannel.
Definitely challenging & interesting golf course.

10 AM tee time today, havent been here for awhile,forgot what a great course this is.As stated by others, not too hard,not too easy. Greens were fast and tricky,fairways had a dust,maybe fertilizer, but did not bother play.Staff makes ya feel special.No houses, wonderful vistas,best par three in So Cal. Chocolate chip cookies were very good and a nice touch. We will be back soon.
