I drove from Northridge which took 2 hours all the way to this golf course and was a little disappointed by the playing conditions.
The fairways were choppy and was rather thin. Bunkers in bad shape but the tee boxes were ok. The greens were in good shape, very responsive and there were not many unfixed ball marks around. I think the course played rather long from the tips because it was wet and with the weather starting to get gloomy, it is best to wait for spring and summer to play this course again. The layout is nice and challenging. The difficulty comes from the tee shots. Lakes come into play on some holes, and the par three 13th which has a narrow green, over water is a great hole. 3 par fives in a row on the back nine makes for birdie opportunities but if you are not careful, it might well turn its back on you. Nice challenging course for the mid to low handicappers.

Overall a fun track. Requires you keep the ball straight and prior knowledge of the course will help with shot selection. Pace of play was below average with several slow groups ahead of us. Marsha... Continue »

Marshalls did not manage this issue. Course condition was very good from tee to green. Greens were in excellent shape with aeration completed over a month ago. Tee boxes were just being done the day we were there. I enjoyed the course and the value was good. I will be back to play again. If you can manage the drive to San Jacinto this one is worth playing every few months.

Exceptional value. Best greens in Inland Empire and surrounding area. Extremely picturesque.

Always a fun layout to play. Greens were aerated about four or five weeks ago. They are almost completely back, but they are so soft they are taking a lot of damage from incoming approach shots. Still, this course is a terrific value for the price. Long Drive, but definitely worth it once in a while.

I hadn't played here for several years, the last time the course was in horrible condition, but I am pleased to report that thecondition of the course is greatly improved. HOWEVER .... played early in the morning and experienced the worst case of "bugs" (actually gnats) to such an extreme that there was no possible way to remain still over any shot with dozens, and I mean dozens of bugs trying to enter every oriface on your body. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience

Tee box's to long for me. Target golf out of the box and alot of sucker pin placments behind traps. Not a bad track

One more item, on the first tee call the leaf rule,,, if ya lose a ball, knowing it is in play but under a leaf no penalty,drop a ball and move on, we lost, but not really lost 5 balls,, we woulda been done in 4 hours if we did the leaf rule. We will next time.Lots of leaves out there, nice trees, but lots of leaves.

Played 7/6 1:30 for the first time,, all the comments below are true,, I played not too good,but had fun, the course from the blues is a 130 slope,, but plays harder the first time out, I cant wait to go back to get even, fairways a bit thin, greens a bit slow but in very good condition, they turned the sprinklers on us, cart and all twice but they are trying to keep it wet and cool, soooo,, I guess its OK. good deal, good test of golf, a couple of tricked up holes, but a very nice course, we will return soon. Oh yeah,even with the late tee time did it in 4 1/2 hr.very good,,,,
