Had a fun quick round here, just under 4 hours. In these winter conditions, this course stands out among the rest. Still great fairways and rough. Greens were challenging and hard to read. Seems like the shady holes are noticeably slower than the sunny ones. I like the layout and generous fairways. Not a overly long course. Not a heavy slicers course either as homes line most holes. Quickly becoming a favorite.

Played Fri. 2-24-12. The course was in great shape tee to green. Teed off around 11:30 am. Fun course to play. Great layout. The par 3's on the front are beautiful. There are some great par 4 holes as well. Reachable par 5's with a good drive.

I recommend checking the weather report prior to playing this course. The wind can blow hard at this course. Alot of the holes play into the wind.

We had a lot of wind on 1-12. It died down around the 13th hole.

Made for a good finish.

All in all a good day. Will return again on a non windy day.

The course itself was worth the drive. Pace of play VERY slow for a Thursday. I guess they let fivesomes out (I hate fivesomes!). Fun course though we had to wait a lot.

Played Friday 2-10-12. We were all late for our tee time. Due to an accident. Proshop was very helpful. They got us off right away. I will start by saying the wind did not blow all day. Nice !!!!! . Course in good shape tee to green. We enjoyed our round. Pace was good. Green fee was good. Great layout from the black tee. Snack bar good. Worth putting in the rotation.

Have always enjoyed this course when it is kept in good shape. I've seen a bit beat up before, but they've managed to maintain it in good condition. The fairways were in good shape and the greens were rolling pretty true, although #1 green always seems to be eaten up or bare on the outer ridges. Other than that, when wind isn't blowing, this a fun track, especially when they have their weekly deals.

Had a great time here, played only once before in 2010, but plan to play more often. Great conditions, especially for this time of year. Greens are smooth and quick. Fairways are green and a pleasure to hit off of. Rough was pretty consistent and playable. Bunkers were fluffy or hard, only downside. Played in an even 4 hours and at a great price of 40 to ride. A lil gem doller for doller.

This course has always been one of my favorite layouts. But they really need to get a marshal to keep the pace of play going. 5 hour round is not cool. And some slow players refuse to even wave the faster ones through.
Other than that? The course is looking lot better than the last time I played it.
Greens firm and fast. Fairways are in great shape. The green fees? I think they are a bit over price for the pace of play there. For the price they can keep a marshal on site to keep people moving along.

The course was probably in the best condition I have seen it in for some time. Particularly the greens, which rolled very true with decent speed. Bunkers appeared excellent, although I did not find any today. Overall, very nice condition. Played first off, so pace of play not an issue. It was also nice not to have any wind, which I have experienced here too often. Using the "Donovan" coupon makes the price right as well!

Played 1-26-12. Course was in good shape. Greens were smooth and fast. There were some thin spots in the fairways but overall were great. Bunkers are the best I have seen in a while. Almost too soft but plenty of sand and no hard packed areas. Hard to find anything to fault about the course. Not the most dynamic of courses pretty basic but fun all the same.
