The course is very playable but you need proper club selection and ball flight to meander through the trees and avoid bunkers. They may have to lower the green fees while the economy is slow. hmmm....other courses as well

Played the Willow on Sunday and a tournament on the Oak on Monday. Quite simply put I would not pay the regular rate here right now. I know its hot out here (about 95 both days) but they have watered the hell out of this place. I thought the greens were terrible, they were unbelievably soft and slow. Also complicated with the fact that people didn't fix their ball marks and as I said before since the greens were sooo soft there were some big ball marks. The grass in the fairways didn't seem to be of good quality and there were divots all over the place as well as on the tee box. I've seen this course in a lot better condition.

Good overall value; twilight is exceptional value and play is almost always open and quick. Scenic and nice layout with challenges, but reasonable for average golfer.

Teed off about 11:15 and we finished in about 4 1/2 hours. The staff was very accomodating. I thought the course was in above average condition. I was very surprised by how soft the greens were, they seem to be watering them pretty good because i didn't get much roll as I have in the past here. the fee was about $80 w/ a cart (my friends wanted to ride instead of walk). so while its a little on the pricey side i thought the conditions and the staff justified the price. if i have a bigger group this is were i usually go because they can accomodate. Looks like the greens will be punched in a couple of weeks so this would be a good place to play while other course are healing from their maintenace work.

Fairly conditioned allover but not as rated as Great of nearly 8 points,I think is overrated. Especially greens speed is barely medium/slow even down hill lies did not rolled as everybody expected surprisingly.Rememberable holes are #4 par 4 downhill with water ponds & #12 par 3 pretty scenic view.
Maybe very hot weather (+90 degrees)bothered me to judge the course.Next time sera.

These courses are a joy to play. The courses make up for not having any very long holes by fairway bunkering, lots of trees, and no flat greens. The ball will almost always break somewhere as it slows down. If you miss it in the trees you may have to contend with roots. I had a clear shot to the green on one hole but just had to chip it out from some roots. A player has more than one option from the tee when playing most par 4's and 5's. The entire facility here is great from learning the game, to practicing, eating, and playing. If the fees get any higher, however, a lot of golfers will have to play elsewhere.
