Great course! played this afternoon and was in great shape. The fairways and rough are in good shape. Some of the greens on the back nine were incredibly hard though. There were a few problems with people who didn't repair their ball marks or rake their sand shots (had to rake a few bunkers that I wasn't even in and repair 2-3 extra divots besides mine on the green.) The course itself is maintained well and is layed out very well to please the eye. Many elevation changes and spectacular views. Would recommend that you try and get a cheaper rate on some online site.

I like this course and will play it again. The greens can be quick but not lightning. Fairways generous. My only complaint is the ball marks on the greens. While generally repaired, each one left a small dead spot that could catch your ball. Pace of play a little longer than average. They could use better marshaling to keep the slower groups up to pace.

Played New Years Day. The conditions on the course were good for the 39 dollar green fee. Played behind the slowest 4 some, took about 5 hours, but that was not the courses fault. Greens were fast and in pretty good shape. People need to fix their ballmarks and these greens would be outstanding and fast. Would not pay the 75 bucks, but a great 40 dollar course.

Played our monthly tournament on Sat 12/6. 7:30 shotgun, teed off by 7:45, typical tourney round of 5 hrs. Could have been less but - two touney groups went off at the same time, the players in front of us were real slow. Foursome ahead of us hit maybe 150 yd drives, and were waiting to hit 2nd shots 250 yds out from the green. BAD.

Course was in great shape, nice lush fairways and greens. Exceptions - many fairways had unfilled divots, some greens had many ball marks, tried to fix them for our group behind us. Bunkers had nice grade of sand, a couple of them it was damp. Overall I would give it a 7/10. Too bad it's a 1 1/2-2 hr drive for me, would be nice to put in my weekly rotation.

After our 13th hole they put in a Jr Golf tourney, about 8 -10 kids per group on each tee waiting to hit, at 14th one kid said they were going to hit before us, then marshal came told us to finish our round. FRUSTRATING. One of our group said they were wandering across the fairway they were hitting into almost hit one, and disrupted their play. FOOORRRREEE!!!

Played on 11/22/2008. The course was in OK condition. I would rate it a 6.5/10. LOTS of bugs. Thankfully they don't bite. Pace of play was terrible. Waited on every hole, every shot. The front nine is poorly designed. Short quirky holes. The back nine was far better. Staff have major attitude too. From the pro shop, to the starter. You can tell it's a JOB to them, and they would rather be elsewhere. This course is short. 6,500 from the tips. It is only a par 70 though. My longest iron into any green on the front side (including par 3's) was a 9 iron, and that was teeing off from the very back of every tee box. As mentioned, the back nine is a whole lot better, with longer holes.

My first time here, and I had a great time! They are over seeding the fairways, so it was cart path only, but that never really bothers me. Got a great deal for 27 bucks with cart on golfnow so that made it really worth it. Greens were in excellent shape, rolled very nice. Traps were in good shape, tee boxes were looking good too. I didn't really have any problems with bugs, or smells, maybe it was just that better with an earlier tee time, but I truly had an enjoyable round.

Course isn't really all that difficult, lots of straight fairways, a few dog legs, but nothing too challenging. I just started golfing in July, and I shot a +9 on the back nine (i didnt keep score on the front 9 as i used that as my warm up)

All in all a great experience, and I will definitely be back soon.

Ryan in the pro-shop was very helpful, he showed me a great deal on Footjoy shoes
the girl in the bar was cute and very friendly, the burger wasn't the greatest....but it did fill me up and was fast....
played with my dad and a buddy, great track to play skins lots of risk reward holes.
front 9 is tight, and the back 9 opens up for the bombers......
can't beat the price
