Course is in average shape. Played on 6/6. It concerns me that people post things like greens are in great shape for a course like LL. The greens are not in great shape by any measure. They are covered in ball marks, soft, bumpy, and slow (maybe a six).

I guess it's all relative, but if I was visiting this area and didn't know Los Lagos from any other OC course; I might take one of these reviews at face value and go play Los Lagos thinking the course is going to be in good shape with great greens.

In reality, Los Lagos is a muni course that gets way too much play by people who don't have any concern for the condition of the course. The head GK and his staff can only do so much to keep the course up.

It's disingenuous to not inform readers that the fairways are covered in divots, the greens are slow/bumpy, and the pace of play is painstaking. I don't intend to offend other reviewers, but I believe we have a responsibility to be completely forthcoming with these reviews, otherwise what good are they.

The course is overall in good shape. The greens are in great shape. The rest of the course is good. The greens undulate on this course with an overall pitch from back to front. It helps to leave approach shots below the hole. Both Los Lagos and Mesa Linda are busy so it helps to show up early if you don't have a tee time.

although it gets a lot of play...it is in great condition now...just need a marshall that actually does something and gets some groups to keep up...instead of just riding around looking lost

Played the Mesa Linda course at 3 PM on Saturday, May 3. Nice course! The tees were in great shape. It doesn't appear that most of the players care to repair divots on the greens, but the greens are in nice shape otherewise. If you're in a hurry, you'd better play during the week! We did get backed up a bit, and I'm a slow golfer. None the less, a lot of fun. Outstanding for the price! A nice walk or ride, whichever you prefer!

got out today at 3:45, finished 7:30.....in general nice shape, except greens very bumpy because of aeration. overall looked fairways and teeboxes looked good, what can you say for $17.00 to walk?

Played this course 4/15. Course and greens in great condition. However, the greens are being aerated on 4/16. Enjoyed the challenging course and I will be back. Good value.

Played Saturday afternoon. Were not able to begin the rounds on Reserved tee time - 40 minutes delay. From the first tee including our group, three groups waiting. On the fairway to green, two groups still playing. Yes Please expect to be on the course little over SIX hours to finish. No Marshalls at all. Some groups don't wave the groups at par 3 holes to keep the groups moving. With golf fee and cart fee = $51- $53 for the weekend, I will pay $60 to play at some place else with better pace of play.

great condition for all the play it seems to get... easy walking course, still took 5 hrs to play...greens were just a bit bumpy but nice...worth the $$
