Out this AM at 5:30 POP 3 H. Course in very nice shape. Tee boxes no issues. Fairways a little damp early but good lies and decent roll. After sun came out and dried them out they still had good lies but great roll. Rough outside of fairways playable. Enough hills, ravines, creeks, water to take care of any rough issues. Bunkers were fine and playable. Greens all in good shape and chipped/putted and released shots just fine. Great check in at shop and starter. Another nice day at the golf course.

Played early AM today. Greens done 1 week ago and still healing. Inconsistent speeds as expected all round. Tee boxes fine. New white sand in bunkers make for great visuals and very playable. Very little rough but enough water, ravines, OB to get one in trouble. Great customer service from Adam in the shop and Brian in starter shack.

Played this AM. Even after rains of yesterday course is in good shape. Tee boxes a little long (not cut due to rain) but no issues with any of them. Fairways had good roll and lies. Traps though a little damp were playable. Greens all chipped, putted and held shots just fine. Rough still wet in many areas needed to be careful. Excellent service from both Adam in the shop and Brian in starter booth as always.

Played here today with a 12:24 TeeOff.com "Deal" time for a great price after 20% promo code. Pro shop and starter check in went smooth and they started us a little early. They called four singles to the tee but only three of us showed up, so we played as three all day. The course was busy but pace was pretty good. We waited on most tees a little bit but overall POP was around 4:15. Cloudy day turned beautiful as we headed to the back nine. Some breeze, but not too powerful except when we were on top of the world aka the 7th tee. Actually the long par-3 8th had a good breeze in our face as well.

Conditions are nice. Greens are really good, smooth, medium-fast and medium firmness. Full shots made big ball marks and stopped rather quickly. Fairways are mostly green-hued dormant bermuda with good coverage. Some imperfections that prevent perfect lies. Not a whole lot of difference in the rough, except it doesn't seem to have the colorant applied. Some areas of the rough were a little thicker than the fairways, but I wouldn't say it's penal in any way and doesn't prevent balls from rolling off into canyons, etc. Gold tee boxes were decent. Many were uneven/lumpy and had lots of divots. I was in one bunker and while it looked great, it seemed to only have a thin layer of top sand over a firm base.

Fun times other than the fact I played terribly! Not a good course to play poorly or it will beat you up.

Rain never showed so we were able to get our round in this AM. Cool and windy that had the fairways dried out and rolling like crazy. If you were not careful you could roll into some really bad places. Tee boxes all fine and the traps had all been cleaned and were very playable. Very low rough to encounter so no issues. Greens were holding shots, releasing shots and chipping and putting with good speed all round. Excellent customer service from Adam and Brian as always. We also were notified that March 1 senior rates will go to $69 (ouch). This up from $63 which they put into place last year and $54 the year before that. Glad I renewed my LA County card as I think it will be getting a lot of use.

Out today. Course is in good condition on all levels. A little cool/damp under cloudy skies but still an enjoyable morning of golf. No tee boxe issues. Fairways clean and giving good lies and generous roll. Traps were all clean and very playable (in 2 and they played fine). Greens were mowed and had a good pace of about 9 all round. Easy check in with Adam/Brian. Recommended.

Played today in a great 3 H POP. Course is in great shape at the moment. Tee boxes all fine. Fairways have dried out and gave good lies and wonderful roll all round (we played in some spots we had not reached before giving us wedges into some greens). Rough outside of fairways was 1/2" and playable. Traps all had been cleaned and none of us had any issues (several par saves made by all). Greens were top notch for chipping/putting and releasing shots (7 birdies between the 3 of us). Customer service from Adam and Brian was great as always. Recomended.
