Played here Sat. 9-5. Great rate of $37.00 (senior rate) for mid morning on a holiday weekend.
Got out right on time. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Most tee boxes where in good shape with the usually divots on the par 3's.
The fairways were terrible! Lots were weeds or patches of dirt and small tuffs of grass. We had lots of difficult lies. The bunkers were fine with ample sand.
The greens were very good. Held shots well,rolled at medium to fast speed and had very few ball marks.
Pace of play was good at 4:30 for a foursome.
I really enjoy this layout and am willing to make the hour drive to play here but with the condition of the fairways not sure I will be back until I hear that they have improved.

Walked on as a single for the weekday senior rack rate of $32. Got paired with a twosome playing the blacks, once we got past the group on front POP was good, 3:50 for 18. The overall condition was fairly good but there were more exceptions than I've seen in years out here. Greens were good (as usual) but several fairways were quite patchy, some nearly bare spots and #6 was probably 30% weeds. Rough was also hit-and-miss. Normally this is a significant step up re: condition when compared to Hemet Golf Club but at the moment it's a pretty small step. Still a great value but hope the coming months will lead to better conditions.

Played early today on a GN deal ($20 @ 7:12am), got paired up with "Jerry" from Menifee. 4 people had booked that time but we were there and ready before 7 so they got us out early. Weather was fantastic, couldn't have been better!

As usual, the course was in very good condition overall. Greens are almost completely recovered from maintenance, a little slower than normal and in need of a good rolling but still much better than most places.

Rough was not high, but quite thick and dense in most places, difficult to get good contact with anything more than about a 9-iron. Tees were good, even the par 3's didn't show much wear.

Biggest complaint is the bunkers - they've got good sand in pretty much all of them, but every one was either very firm or hard because of how wet they were (#11 in front is particularly bad). Stop watering them so much, they won't grow! lol

Service was good - they no longer let you take your cart out to the parking lot but you can drive it right up to the edge and they'll come pick it up from there.

Definitely recommended, and given their course conditions/pricing vs. the other "good" courses nearby it's a "no brainer" (even without the GN deal).

**Important note - range is never open Tuesday mornings, it's "clean pick and mowing" day** If you're the type that MUST warm up first, pick another day!

My first time playing this course and I was pleasantly surprised. It was in fantastic shape and the greens where in fair condition considering that they were recently airated. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and I truly look forward to playing it again. The course requires that you are accurate off the tee because the rough is thick and getting a good solid clubface on the ball is a challenge. A very good mix of left to right and right to left holes so it will make you work the ball. To me the signature hole is #11 a par 4 that from the black tees plays 371 yards, but you must keep your tee shot to the right side of the fairway. If you tug your tee shot to the left then you face an uphill approach shot to a green that is almost entirely blocked out by a giant tree that protects the front of the green. And I dont mean a medium size tree, but a giant tree about 70 feet tall. All in all this course is a must and with multiple tees it can play different every time you play it.

Great well-maintained course with very reasonable weekend rates. The fairways were green and in great shape. Rough was very thick but not too punishing when you could locate your balls. Greens were quick and somewhat bumpy, but rolled true if you could get the speed. This course has some of the best views around - Especially early in the day. We completed our round in about four and half hours. Maybe my favorite course to play after you finally get there.

Played with wdement on Saturday 3/7 at 7:12 for a golfnow hotdeal for $37 on a picture perfect day. A reverse shotgun tournament was going out at 8:00 but total pace of play was just under 4.5 hours.

Overall, the course was in very good shape, something I've come to expect when making the trek out here. Fairways and rough had been overseeded and both were still in excellent shape apart from some coot damage (There are thousands of the winged vermin...). Bunkers were also pretty good with solid coverage in the ones I hit. Tee boxes were solid as well with just a bit a divot damage but certainly not enough to complain about. Greens were firm and a bit crusty but playable (Oh and verrrry fast downhill).
It was a great day with great company even though I played like utter garbage!

Played here 2/21/15 with wdement and two others @1:04pm for $39 per player. We all got there early and they did let us go out at about 12:30pm and we finished right about 4:30pm. Again I do not know of anywhere that you can get this quality golf for that low of a price. The course is in awesome shape right now and we had perfect weather. Just nice lush green grass everywhere you look. My only gripe for the day was that the tee boxes needed a mow. Other than that the tee boxes were level, fairways and rough green and lush, greens were rolling slower than normal but nice and smooth and I didn't see very many ball marks all day. I was in three or four bunkers and they were all nice with plenty of sand. We didn't have anyone in front or behind us except for a single right towards the end but he would play a couple balls and never pushed or waited on us and we were moving pretty quick. I highly recommend this course to everyone, it isn't too tough and the layout is great.

Tee boxes were level and lush for the most part. Fairways in relatively good shape for this time of year. Some areas are thin due to coot abuse. Rough is lush and of consistent height 3"-5". Bunkers are always good here and were that day. Greens are slippery with down hill putts being treacherous. That's just to my liking. Shots did hold and putts rolled true. Round took 4 1/2" hours.
