We had a time for Saturday at 230 but didn't tee off until 3. We didn't finish until 815. What makes it worse is the players here. Yes, I'm talking about the K.J. Chois of the world that play from the blues but can't hit over 180 yards. Also, they love to read putts like they are putting for the win at the US Open. If this sounds like you, and you feel slightly embarrassed.....GOOD. Please go join a country club.

The people here don't understand what twilight play is. Ready play the dang ball. We were a two some stuck behind a 4 the whole time w/o etiquette to play quick even when dusk is setting. I would rather play El Prado than come here again on the wknds.

Played 7/28/10 as a two-some. Noon tee-off. Not busy when we started but got behind a 5-some by the 3rd hole. They did let us go thru by the 8th hole and we finished in under 4 hrs. However, noticed many five somes on the course (front 9 side)who apparently took advantage of twilight rates so beware of slow play in the afternoon. Although South is longer and more popular, I enjoyed North better. I feel the North course has better variety of holes that are fair and challenging to an "average length" golfer. Due to recent heat, noticed many burned out conditions on fairways and rough. However, greens were excellent. Overall a good enjoyable course as long as u don't get stuck behind a slow 5-some.

Played Tues 7/13. 7:45 tee time, got out on time, desk and starter did great job in getting us out on time. Course is in great condition, lush with no visible bare spots or thin areas. Greens were running med to fast, a couple of ball marks but not many. Fairways ran well and bunkers had good sand. Played in 3 1/2 hrs, yes that is correct. Our 4some, behind a 4some, followed by a 3some. Everyone played ready golf, looked for a couple of balls but for only 2 minutes, that's our self imposed time limit.

They have a great discount plan going right now - pay $25 for 6 months and save at least $8 on each round ($31 for seniors, norm $39), heck of a deal guys. Play at least 3 rounds in next 6 months and your $25 is paid off. Not endorsing or getting any kick back, just passing on some good info.

Really fun afternoon.Ths guys i played with were loose and joking the whole way through. Coures is in average shape. Not perfect but very playable. Greens where the best part. Smooth and fast. A few brown spots in the fairways but overall in good shape. Will be going back soon

Played on 5/8. I actually prefer the North Course over the South. Much more character. The course was in pretty good shape. Greens rolling pretty quick, and a little difficult to read sometimes. My only complaint was the bunkers. Dirt over concrete for the most part, and inconsistant from one to another. Otherwise a beautiful day. I sure wish Los Serranos was a little closer to me.

Played on SAT, April 17th. Customer Service was great. Got out on time as a 5some. The greens were lightning fast. The rough, fairway, and tee boxes were average condition. They allow 5some's on this course, so be ready to wait on each hole. Both courses get tremendous amounts of play. The course is pretty tough track considering the inconsistent greens. This is a great old school facility. Clubhouse food was decent, but service was slow....practice range was pretty nice. They don't have cart girls here, but every 3 or 4 holes; there was a snack bar. Very convenient! 1st place I ever played that charges for a cup of ice or a bag of ice! Overall, a good experience. Sign up for e-mail specials for weekend discounts.

were there were not being seen for some reason. Etiquette people!!!!!,
learn it, live it, love it. On the contrary to what I have read, the fairways
are not in good condition, If you think these are good fairways you have
been deprived as a golfer. Bottom line if you hit 12 of 14 fairways and 10
of those the lie is questionable to poor, there is a problem. Tee boxes were
boardering on dog trackish(Dirt!!!!). And finally I went Golfing with my friend
Smitty who has a slight case of A.D.D. It was a painful 5 hours and 20 minutes.
Instead of always getting the friendly marshall wave as he drive's by, I would
actually appreciate hearing a "speed it up boys your falling behind" once in a
while. There are better options in the area for the money.
