Played the blues (6544/71.4/128) with Rat-Patrol in 4 hours on an overcast, breezy weekday afternoon. We both used B-Day week vouchers and played for $15, including a cart. Thanks Dos Lagos! This would be a fairly challenging course to walk, several holes are very hilly.

1st time playing here. Unique layout in many regards. Par 70, six par 3's, four par 5's and ten par 4's. Starts out tight for a few holes, then opens up for a few holes, then it's hilly target golf. Almost like 3 different mini courses. Overall, many more good holes than bad, but a couple were funky designs.

The tees were mediocre. Several times I had to change my tee spot to get a level lie and many were fairly chewed up.

The fairways were more thin than lush but had good coverage.

There was barely a demarcation between the fairways and the rough. Mowed down, not very penal.

The sand traps I was in were well maintained with nice sand.

The greens were still bumpy and medium slow after aeration. They need another 10 days at least before they will probably be good again.

The customer service was excellent, they had us on the 1st tee within 15 minutes of arriving. No drink cart, but plenty of water stations on the course. They had a snack stand as part of the pro shop that smelled good!

I thought the course overall was OK, but probably would not play here often unless I got a deal even if I lived fairly close. Too many courses within 30 miles in different directions that are superior courses in layout, condition or both.
