Played Monday, 8-25-08. The course was getting ready for seeding (no water, fairways cut short, greens were in great shape though). It was still very difficult and very challeging for our 4-some. I would definitely play it again !!!! Very good course!

Played on Jan 5th in a small tournament,16 players, 25-28 mph winds! No rain though! Beautiful course, desert hard fairways and greens! But fair. Some great tee boxes with views, Hole 13, some 300 ft drop to faiway from the blues. Not a big believer in paying the regular green fees of $285.00, thank goodness for goodfriends and a bargain rate for our tournament.

I didn't really like the Falls, don't get me wrong - the course is in excellent condition ( helped by mandatory fore caddies) Too many of the holes are just too tricked up, like Falcon Ridge ( Mesquite). You can hit a good drive but not have a second shot. The fore caddy running ( Yes, I mean running ,not walking) I found to be a distraction. Hint; If you are staying at Lake Las Vegas use your own vehicle not the shuttle bus. We ended up 30 minutes late because the shuttle was late, then it toured the entire resort before dropping us off. This goes for Reflection Bay also. Life to live over again, I would play Reflection Bay twice but this is only my opinion.

This is how a top tier course should be! Very tough course that really should be played a few times to get a good feel, so don't expect the best round of your life the first time out. Definately a must play if you can get a deal that's even better. One of the toughest courses I've played behind The General at Eagle Ridge (Galena, IL) and WolfCreek in Mesquite. And I've played every course in Maui and So. Cal. Plantation and Torrey included! So those headed to Henderson...Good Luck!

I really liked this course, it was very unique especially holes 12, 13, and 14. I thought these greens were in great shape. We played this right before the scheduled maintenance and this was well worth the summer rate of $120. There were some great views and we were able to call at the last minute to get a time. It's about a 40 minute cab ride if you're staying on the strip though.
